You can access both rosters through SPIRE with your instructor logon. Grade rostersYou will have two grade rosters. Please submit grades for both sections online via SPIRE. RegistrationStudents must register into sections online via SPIRE (or through the department if department consent is required). Course capacitiesAll changes in course capacity must be authorized by the Continuing & Professional Education Academic Programs Office. Instructors may NOT sign capacity override forms, late adds, or 5-College Registration forms. Additional students may be permitted to enroll on the following conditions: 1) the academic department agrees and 2) your classroom is large enough. For more information, contact Allan at 545-5190 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Course evaluationsYou will receive one packet of evaluations that includes enough forms for both sections. Online classes have online evaluations. CompensationYou will be compensated by Continuing & Professional Education based on your combined University Eligible and CPE student enrollment. While the average CPE class size is between 8 and 15 students, the University Eligible section often results in higher enrollment as well as greater student diversity. Final examsFinal exams must be scheduled through the Continuing & Professional Education Records and Registration Office (contact Allan at 545-5190 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Please let your department scheduling representative know that they should not schedule a final exam for your class. Online classes do not need assistance for final exam scheduling. |
