• Call 413-545-3653 or 1-800-922-8211 (Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, except holidays)
• Choose a form of payment: MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
• Supply registration information as requested as well as all credit card numbers, including expiration date.
