If you are using a waiver, you must submit your authorized waiver form by mail, by fax, or in person with your registration.

Waivers usually apply only to class fees. Additional fees, such as registration, or curriculum fees as well as the balance of class fees not covered by the waiver, are due at registration.

Waivers cannot be applied retroactively.
