This course is designed to familiarize students with strategic concepts, theory and methods of revenue and yield management, and their application as decision-making tools for managers to maximize profits. Emphasis is paced on practical aspects of revenue related decision-making including real life revenue management cases relevant to airlines, hotels, restaurants and other "capacity constrained" service sectors.
