Focuses on the formal aspects of organization, structure, and design, and the relationship of these topics to such factors as technology, size, complexity, and environmental influences. Also, power, conflict, and politics within the context of formal organizations. (MANAGMNT 330 is a micro approach, focusing on individual and small groups; MANAGMNT 331 is a macro approach focusing on groups and organizations as a system in an environment.) Prerequisite: MANAGMNT 301. Textbook: Reading packet will be supplied online via course. Part of the Online Bachelor of Business Administration but open to all.
