Introduces primary and secondary data collection and analysis as a means to assess consumer behavior and develop effective marketing strategies; incorporates the use of technology in data collection and analysis. Please obtain the textbook before the class begins. Textbook: Essentials of Marketing Research by Zilkmund, 3rd or 4th Edition. Part of the Online Bachelor of Business Administration but open to all.
