Authorized waiver forms should either accompany your registration form or be submitted to the C&PE Business Office prior to registration by mail, by fax, or in person.

Waivers usually apply only to class fees. Additional fees, such as registration, or curriculum fees as well as the balance of class fees not covered by the waiver can be paid at time of registration or billed through the Bursar's Office.
