How to Enroll

This course will provide students with the foundation necessary to become a personal trainer in the fitness industry. Topics covered will include functional anatomy and physiology, exercise testing, program design,and the business side of the personal training industry. The course will use the curriculum from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) but should serve as a foundation for a variety of national level personal training certificates.
