How to Enroll

Explore Six Sigma as a methodology for improving processes and as an enabler of organizational change.  Six Sigma is a methodology for process change and is a movement that aims to make all employees aware of the value of process improvement.  It also provides the organizational structure to support continuous improvement. This course will explore the process improvement methodologies of Six Sigma and the DMAIC model for problem resolution. Students will have an option and are strongly encouraged to virtually  participate in the live streaming of the class on the following dates: 02/21, 02/28, 03/07, 03/21 from 6:00PM-9:00PM.
