How to Enroll

This course is designed to enhance the work of mentors and coaches by deepening their knowledge of adult learning and connecting them with important mentoring resources including other coach-educators. Participants will reflect on current coaching challenges in school-based settings and develop strategies to address these challenges. Participants will also have the opportunity to conduct independent research, develop a personal philosophy of collaborative coaching, and refine their current practice while engaging with colleagues and sharing resources. 

This course may be counted as an elective for the Western Massachusetts Writing Project Certificate in the Teaching of Writing. Classes are by arrangement and run from 11/17 through 2/3/18.

Enrollment is by permission of the Western Massachusetts Writing Project and restricted to teachers registered through their school districts.
